Training

…including Delivered in house – Always Children First Training, Equality Diversity and Inclusion Training, Quality Workshops, Compliance Workshops, Communities of Practice (new for 2024), Networks, Training for Childminders. In addition to this, training by other organisations is signposted and from time to time bespoke pieces of training are rolled out in conjunction with other CCCs and/or external trainers.

Quality Supports

…to equip services to have a quality action plan in place and to implement

1) Foundation training in Siolta/Aistear
2) Service visits with a quality agenda (ie to review the environment).
3) Quality Action Plan advice, signposting services to available supports

Sustainability and Governance Supports

…to guide services through highlighted concerns.

1) Responding to a TUSLA inspection – support with completing the Corrective Action, Preventative Action (CAPA) form
2) Working through the TUSLA re-registration process
3) Responding to a Pobal Compliance visit
4) Responding to a Department of Education and Science inspection
5) Sitting on a steering group to drive change in an organisation
6) Support with completion of sustainability tool
7) Signposting to expert advice when the issue is beyond the remit of TCCCs
