Part time (22.5hrs)
Responsibilities:
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a rich learning environment that reflects the interests and needs of the children.
- Encourage outdoor exploration and play, providing opportunities for physical activity and connection with nature.
- Maintain open communication with parents, providing updates on their child’s progress and well-being.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Genuine passion for working with young children & a commitment to their well-being & development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
