LEAD EDUCATOR

Role: We are looking for a passionate & dedicated Early Years Lead Practitioner to join our friendly team; you will work as part of a committed group of educators to deliver high quality early learning & care for children aged 12months – 5years.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and manage a designated room within the childcare facility.
- Child Development: Ensure the provision of high-quality care and education for children.
- Team Coordination: Supervise and support room staff, always ensuring effective teamwork and communication and act as part of the management team, positive attitude and act as role model to staff team.
- Parent Communication: Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Curriculum Implementation: Implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation as required as required by management in relation to NCS, ECCE,
- POBAL & Childcare Regulations
- Professional Development: Continuously update skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities.
Position: Lead Educator (Full Time) 35hrs
Qualification: Level 7 Early Years Care & Education qualification necessary .
GARDA vetting required
Experience: Minimum 2 year’s employment in an early year’s setting, with supervisor experience
Remuneration: Above the ERO qualifications & in line with experience
